Saturday Odds and Ends

About Prop 37, which requires foods that contain GMO's (genetically modified food) to be labelled as containing GMO.  If you want to know what you're eating, then vote YES.   I always want to know what I am eating.  Always.

Whatever you do in life, you always want to eliminate as many variables as possible.  In photography, that means you need to know about exposure, composition, lighting, your camera's settings, and to learn everything you can to get prefect exposures.  The other variable, of course, is your subject, especially when your subject is another person.  You need to know the exact instant when to press the shutter release to capture that expression that is there for that one instant.  Eliminate the variables and get control, and you will get great photos.

Eliminate the variables in your diet, know what you are eating, and eat well, and you will be healthier than if you did not do that.
